Delete Account and Data Retention

If you wish to delete your account at VOYAGER by JNF please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to accesscontrol@jnf.pt with the title “REMOVE ACCOUNT”

2. Wait for a confirmation from us about the removal

3. It may take up to 7 days to complete

Deleted Data:

-Profile information (name, email, photo).

-Activity history

-Personal settings

-After deletion, we retain data for as long as necessary as required by law and business obligations.
